Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of MetaFundeX. By purchasing an evaluation you agree to them.
1. What MetaFundeX provides
MetaFundeX operates a skill-assessment programme for traders. You purchase access to a simulated trading account on our Xterminal platform and are evaluated against the published trading rules. We are not a broker, we do not accept deposits for trading, and no order you place is routed to a live market.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction. You may not use MetaFundeX if you are resident in, or a national of, a country subject to comprehensive international sanctions.
3. Evaluation and funded accounts
The rules that apply to your account are those published on the trading rules page at the time of purchase, and they do not change for that account afterwards. Evaluation is automated and continuous.
Passing an evaluation grants access to a funded account and entitles you to the published profit split on profits you generate on it.
4. Payouts
Where you meet the published payout conditions, we will pay the amount the rule engine calculates. We do not apply discretionary conditions and will not withhold a payout that the rules have earned.
Identity verification must be completed before your first payout. We may delay a payout only where required to complete verification or to comply with anti-money-laundering law.
5. Prohibited conduct
Accounts may be closed without payout for: exploiting errors, latency or pricing faults in the platform; coordinated trading across accounts to hedge risk; using another person's identity or payment method; or attempting to interfere with the platform's operation. These are the only grounds on which an otherwise passing account is voided.
6. Fees
Evaluation fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable once the account is issued, except as set out in the refund policy.
7. Limitation of liability
MetaFundeX is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes and contact
