MFXNeo is responsible for the personal information described here. Questions about it, or requests about your information, go to [email protected].

• Registration: your name, email address, country and password (stored only in a form that cannot be read back).
• Identity verification: your full name, date of birth, country, the type and last four digits of your identity document, photographs of the document, and a photograph of you holding it.
• Withdrawals: the crypto address you ask us to pay.
• Money and trading: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, trades and balances.
• Security: records of sign-ins, including the time, IP address and device, and whether two-step sign-in is on.
• Messages: what you write to us in the chat, by email or in support requests.

• To open and run your accounts, carry out your trades and pay your withdrawals.
• To verify who you are and meet anti-money-laundering and sanctions obligations.
• To protect your account and our platform from fraud and misuse.
• To answer your questions and send you messages about your account.

We do not sell your personal information.

Only what each needs to do their part:

• Paynex, our payment processor, for deposits.
• The providers that host this site and our trading platform, protect them from attacks, and deliver our email.
• The partner who introduced you, if one did: they see your name, when you registered, what you have deposited and withdrawn in total, and the instruments and lots you trade — never your balance, your open positions, your contact details or your documents.
• Courts, regulators and law enforcement, where the law requires us to.

Some of these providers are in other countries. Where information leaves your country, we take steps to keep it protected.

• Identity and transaction records: for as long as anti-money-laundering law requires after your account is closed.
• Withdrawal photographs (asked for withdrawals before 27 September 2026): deleted a set period after the withdrawal is decided; the record that it was checked is kept.
• Sign-in records: kept for a limited period for security, then deleted.
• Everything else: for as long as you have an account with us, and then only as long as we need it.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to [email protected] from your registered address.

We cannot delete information the law requires us to keep, and we cannot erase a profile while it still holds money or open positions; those are settled first.

We use the cookies needed to sign you in and keep you signed in, and one that remembers, for 30 days, the partner whose link brought you here. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Passwords are stored hashed. Two-step sign-in is available on every profile, and identity documents are kept in storage that only verification staff can reach. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you.
