AML Policy
How we verify identity and guard against money laundering — and the limits on what that process can be used for.
Identity verification
Before your first payout you must verify your identity. You declare your legal name, date of birth, country of residence and document details in your dashboard, then email a photo of that document, and a selfie holding it, from the address on your account.
A member of our team checks the document against what you declared and records the decision. Reviews are usually completed within one business day.
What verification is not
Verification exists to satisfy anti-money-laundering obligations and to confirm that payouts reach the person who earned them. It is not a review of your trading and cannot be used as a reason to reduce or refuse a payout you have earned under the trading rules.
One account per person
Each person may hold accounts under one identity only. Accounts opened under a false or borrowed identity, or multiple identities controlled by one person to hedge risk between them, will be closed.
Payout destinations
Payouts are sent only to a wallet address registered to your verified account. We do not send payouts to third parties.
Sanctions and reporting
We screen against international sanctions lists and cannot serve users in comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions. Where the law requires it, we report suspicious activity to the relevant authority.
Data handling
Verification documents are held by our verification provider, not on our own servers, and are retained only as long as anti-money-laundering law requires. See the privacy policy for detail.
