Frequently asked questions
If something here contradicts the trading rules page, the rules page wins — it is the document your account is judged against.
Payouts
Not on discretion. Payout eligibility and amount are computed by the same deterministic rule engine that evaluates your account. Administrators can see a payout request but cannot change what you are owed. The only grounds for voiding an account are the prohibited practices listed in the trading rules.
Once your account is funded, your payout cycle has elapsed, and you hold profit above the level of your last payout. Profit already withdrawn is never counted again, and profit you have not withdrawn is never reset.
In USDT, to a wallet address registered to your verified account. We do not send payouts to third parties.
Yes, before your first payout. You can complete the entire evaluation before verifying. You declare your identity details in your dashboard and email your document to us; a person reviews it and the image is deleted afterwards — we do not store identity documents. Verification satisfies anti-money-laundering obligations and cannot reduce what you are owed.
Evaluation rules
There is no time limit on evaluation phases. Take as long as you need, provided you respect the loss limits and reach the minimum trading days.
At midnight in the timezone published on the rules page — the same moment for every trader, regardless of where you live. Your daily limit is measured from your equity at that reset.
Yes. The check is on equity, which includes floating profit and loss, not only closed trades.
The account closes immediately and you are notified with the exact figures that triggered it. You can purchase a new challenge at any time.
No. The rules bound to your account are frozen at purchase. We may change rules for future purchases, but never retroactively for an account already issued.
Platform and account
Xterminal, our own trading terminal. You receive your credentials as soon as your challenge purchase is confirmed — there is no MetaTrader account to set up.
Yes. A free trial account runs the same platform and the same evaluation rules as a paid challenge, with no card required. Passing the trial does not fund you — a paid challenge is still the route to a funded account.
You may hold accounts under one identity only. Coordinated trading across accounts to hedge risk between them is prohibited and will close the accounts involved.
The fee covers the evaluation and is non-refundable once your account is issued. If we fail to issue your account, or a platform fault on our side costs you a material part of your evaluation, you get a full refund or a free reset — your choice.
