Accounts and trading
They trade the same instruments and differ only in how you pay. Standard, Pro and Raw put the cost in the spread, each tighter than the last with a higher first deposit. Zero Elite has no spread and a fixed commission per lot. The figures for each are on our homepage, read from the trading platform.

Yes. Open a demo account from your dashboard with $1,000, $10,000 or $100,000 of practice money. It trades the same prices as a live account and costs nothing.
You choose it when you open an account, from 1:100 up to the limit of its type, and can change it later. Around major news and before the weekend close, new positions may be limited to 1:200. Higher leverage magnifies losses as well as gains.
Your margin level is your equity divided by the margin your positions use. At 100% you are warned, and nothing is closed. When your equity reaches zero while a position is open, all your positions are closed to stop further loss.
No. If a fast market takes your balance below zero after a stop-out, we reset it to zero.
Accounts are opened swap-free. If swap is switched on for an account, we tell the client first, with the reason.
On Xterminal, in any modern browser, or in the Xterminal app for Android from Google Play. Your dashboard signs you in to the browser terminal; the app takes your account number and trading password, both on your dashboard under the account. On an iPhone, open the terminal in Safari and add it to your Home Screen.
Deposits and withdrawals
From Wallet in your dashboard. You pay on Paynex's secure checkout, and the money is credited once the payment is confirmed.
Each account type has a minimum first deposit, shown on our homepage. After that, deposits can be smaller.
At any time, once your identity is verified. Money needed as margin for open positions cannot be withdrawn.
Ask from Wallet in your dashboard. Confirm it with the code we email you, and with the code from your authenticator app if two-step sign-in is on. Our finance team checks it and pays it to your crypto address.
Yes — for example if something about it does not match your verified identity, or while we check a payment. If one is refused we tell you why, and the money stays in your account.
No. Deposits must come from you, and withdrawals are paid only to you.
Bonus credit cannot be withdrawn. When money leaves the account, the same share of the credit is removed with it.
Verification and security
Anti-money-laundering law requires us to know who holds each account before money leaves it. It is a one-time step, best done before you need a withdrawal.
An identity document, clear photographs of it, and a photograph of you holding it. You submit them from Verification in your dashboard.
Our staff review each submission and email you the decision. If something is missing or unclear, we tell you what to send.
Use a strong password that you do not use anywhere else, and turn on two-step sign-in under Security. MFXNeo will never ask you for a password or a sign-in code.
Set a new one on the account's page in your dashboard. It opens that trading account only, not your dashboard or your wallet.
