Say who is on the other side, and show the costs

Most of what goes wrong between a trader and a broker comes from something that was not said: a spread that was wider than advertised, a fee that appeared later, or not knowing who was taking the other side of the trade.

So we say it. MFXNeo is a market maker: we quote the prices you trade on and take the other side of your trades ourselves. Our risk disclosure explains what that means for you, in plain words.

And we show it. The figures on this site are not typed into a web page; they are read from the trading platform when the page loads, so what you see before you open an account is what your account is charged.

What that looks like

  • One platform

    Our trading platform is Xterminal. Live charts, market and pending orders, and a stop loss and take profit on every trade, in any modern browser or in the Xterminal app for Android.

  • Four ways to pay

    Standard, Pro and Raw put the cost in the spread, each tighter than the last. Zero Elite has no spread and a fixed commission per lot. The instruments are the same on all four.

  • Money handled by people

    Deposits are made through Paynex's checkout. Every withdrawal is confirmed by you and checked by our finance team before it is paid, and if one is refused you are told why.

Stated plainly, so they can be checked.

  • Your balance does not go below zero

    If a fast market takes an account below zero after a stop-out, we reset the balance to zero. You cannot lose more than the money in your account.

  • No overnight swap unless we tell you

    Accounts are opened swap-free. If swap is ever switched on for an account, the client is told first, with the reason.

  • Published costs are the real costs

    Spreads and commissions on this site come from the trading platform itself. Spreads widen when the market moves fast, and we say so wherever we show them.

  • A person answers

    Questions go to people, through the live chat on this site or by email, and every support request is tracked until it is answered.

MFXNeo opened to clients in 2026. We would rather show you how the business works than claim a history it does not have yet, which is why this site has no client counts, awards or ratings on it.
